Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable IT Specialist with expertise in Web Development to support our company's digital and IT operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, tech-savvy, and knowledgeable in creating and maintaining websites, web apps, and systems used by both internal teams and clients. This role combines elements of web development, IT support, and systems management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain company websites and web-based applications
  • Collaborate with different departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR) to implement web-based solutions
  • Manage and troubleshoot hosting, domain, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and email services
  • Ensure website security, proper backups, and reliable uptime
  • Monitor website performance and optimize for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
  • Assist with IT tasks such as software installation, password resets, and network troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support for internal tools, systems, or web platforms
  • Document processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides for internal use
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in web and IT

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolio or freelance/web dev experience are welcome to apply

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, or other CMS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, Hostinger, GoDaddy, AWS)
  • Able to manage DNS, SSL, and domain settings
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization, and basic data analysis
  • Experience with tools like GitHub, Google Workspace Admin, Canva, or Adobe XD is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
