Our organization seeks a skilled professional to create, implement and deliver customized training programs enhancing customer service excellence and operational productivity across our call centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored training strategies to meet national and international standards.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training courses ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations to create custom training solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify skill gaps, measure training effectiveness and ensure service quality.
- Implement on-the-job training activities to promote quality job performance.
- Undertake special projects to enhance service quality, best practices, safety and productivity improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or front-line sales within a contact center environment
- At least two years of experience in a training role
- Practical knowledge of learning and development processes and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience with digital content creation tools is an advantage
