As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's financial processes.

Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team and take on a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, client billing, receipting, and account reconciliation. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have experience with accounting or ERP software. A qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Navision One (N1) system
  • Process invoices and payments, including supplier/vendor invoices and client sales invoices
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and review profit and loss accounts to identify mispostings and missing entries
  • Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances with counterparties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar finance/accounting role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize, work flexibly, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
