Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the MIS team and submitting required data for validation. You will also communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure all stages of employee onboarding are complete. Additionally, you will manage tickets related to issues raised by employees and program managers regarding process, status, tools, etc. Furthermore, you will prepare weekly reports and summaries of onboarding data and progress.

Estimated Salary:

P8,000 - P10,000 per month

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, be personable, diplomatic, flexible, and patient. You should also have knowledge of ticketing tools, familiarity with troubleshooting skills, and sound knowledge of personal computers and their operating systems. Good typing skills and communication skills are essential, as well as ownership and commitment to problem resolution. Ability to work well under pressure and excellent written communication skills are also required. Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work in 24x7 environments with shifts (5.5 days a week) are necessary.
