Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in case management, you will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of backend issues within Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex cases related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless reinstatement of listings and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain organized case histories, track response timelines, and escalate as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations by reviewing listing audits, coordinating logistics, and enhancing customer experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues, preferably in the supplement or wellness category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases and navigating internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
