Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent service.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to remain professional and calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a similar contact center role, and will be fluent in English.

  • Making outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Negotiating payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Updating customer accounts and documenting all collection activities.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON BROKEN PROMISES AND MAINTAINING CONSISTENT CONTACT WITH DEBTORS.
  • ADHERING TO COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS AND MAINTAINING CONFIDENTIALITY.
  • MEETING DAILY AND MONTHLY COLLECTION TARGETS AND CALL QUALITY STANDARDS.
  • HANDLING DISPUTES AND ESCALATING COMPLEX CASES TO THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENT.
