Customer Service Role

About the Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Completed 2 years in College or College Graduate
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
