Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 months of call center experience is required.

  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is crucial.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications is a plus.
