Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist

">The selected individual will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. This includes using Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (training provided if needed). They will also follow structured guides to resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in updating and improving our troubleshooting documentation.
