
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level technical assistance for customers across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to technical support inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Provide step-by-step solutions and product configurations to guide customers through the troubleshooting process.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and system updates to ensure accurate support.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles preferred.
- Strong operating system, browser, and common software knowledge essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science a strong asset.

This role operates in a professional office environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be sedentary for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
