Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level technical assistance for customers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Provide step-by-step solutions and product configurations to guide customers through the troubleshooting process.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and system updates to ensure accurate support.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles preferred.
  • Strong operating system, browser, and common software knowledge essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science a strong asset.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be sedentary for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
