Job Title: Remote Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused technical support specialists to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with strong analytical skills
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining a patient and empathetic demeanor
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to ensure seamless collaboration among teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures by attending regular training sessions and workshops
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions that meet their expectations
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work-from-home experience with a reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software applications
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up with a results-driven approach
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
