Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote work position, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements. A strong understanding of customer needs and expectations is essential for this role.
Night Shift hours apply, Monday-Friday.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year experience making outbound calls, including appointment setting.
- Reliable internet access, good computer specifications, and a quiet environment to ensure high-quality calls.
- A responsible and trustworthy attitude, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:
- Comprehending client needs and ensuring they receive value from our services.
- Conducting basic provider data research.
- Maintaining a balance between casual and professional tones during phone conversations.
- Jotting down important details from client interactions in a clear and accurate manner.
- Adapting to changing situations and delivering results in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrating success in initiating and executing new ideas.
