Remote Customer Service Representative

As a contact center representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This includes handling service requests, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to our management team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
