We're looking for a highly organized and sales-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing personalized service recommendations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations
  • Greet and engage customers virtually via phone and online booking platforms
  • Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities
  • Sales & Upselling
  • Promote salon services and products through digital channels
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or salon management software
  • Manage the salon's appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams
  • Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management
  • Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach
  • Familiarity with salon management platforms (e.g., Fresha, Booksy)
  • Experience handling Instagram/WhatsApp Business for client communication
  • Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services
