Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Business Analyst to drive financial insights and identify areas for improvement across our business processes.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive operational scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
