Job Title:

Beauty Business Strategist

The Beauty Business Strategist is responsible for leading the end-to-end performance of our Beauty business unit.

This role oversees strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with external partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans that align with brand objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and open communication.
  • Evaluate performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Share best practices across teams and departments to enhance overall business performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering brand growth and performance metrics across e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with key external partners to maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate has a strong track record of brand building in the online space, combined with strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and solid leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively guide the team.
