Finance Leadership Opportunity in ASEAN Business Unit

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as the primary financial advisor and business strategist for our ASEAN Business Unit. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, experience in strategic planning, and financial expertise to drive business growth and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and strategic financial advice to the line of business, participating in the development of business plans and programs, leading the financial planning and budgeting processes, and monitoring and reporting financial results. You will also direct and lead the ASEAN BU finance team to ensure effective and efficient support function.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and a CPA or equivalent, at least 8 years' experience in finance-related roles, and strong analytical skills and experience in proactive strategic analyses and financial modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications and Data Analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Provide strategic and timely financial advice on financial issues affecting the line of business.
  • Participate in the development of the Service Line's business plans and programs.
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor, track, and report financial results against budgets, goals, and historical performance.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with business objectives, monitor and track financial performance against established targets, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and present findings to senior management.

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the ASEAN BU finance team to ensure effective and efficient support function, develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure impact on business performance.
