Financial Strategist Role

The position involves spearheading key initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Condense complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop financial models, create 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform pivotal initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Significant experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in profit and loss management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
