Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners.
- Monitor and update rates and schedules of PH operators in the Mindanao Area.
- Collaborate with the finance team on reconciliation of balances/invoices and sales estimation during peak season.
- Develop strategies to grow the local market in Mindanao.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the local market and reseller/affiliate program.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or data analysis.
- Online travel background (GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, TMS etc.).
- Strategic business-oriented thinking based on data.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and in local dialect such as Binisaya and/or Hiligaynon.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
