Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Strategist to drive data-driven decision-making across the business. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy, optimizing performance, and driving meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support stakeholders with financial budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to cut through complexity and synthesize large datasets.
  • High proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Commercially minded and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
