Customer Service Representative - Sales and Digital Engagement

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, or chat. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide basic support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
  • Communication Skills: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior sales experience is not necessary but would be beneficial.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
