Overview

At IThinkWeb Corporation, we build digital solutions that empower the global TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital and Email Marketing Specialist to help us connect with audiences, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Management: Plan, write, and execute email campaigns that nurture leads, onboard users, and re-engage customers. Personalize content and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Digital Strategy Execution: Support integrated digital campaigns across web, social media, paid ads, and SEO. Collaborate with content and design teams and align with sales for cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms. Apply insights, prepare monthly reports, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Management: Draft compelling email copy, landing pages, and social media posts tailored to target audiences while ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Trend Tracking & Innovation: Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend and implement new tactics to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • With at least 5-8 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or B2B
  • Proficient in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and analytics platforms
  • Experience launching multi-channel campaigns or new product rollouts is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for varied audiences
  • Comfortable with data and able to translate insights into actionable strategy
  • Proactive collaborator capable of engaging across departments
  • Resourceful, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
