Digital Campaign Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end digital campaigns across Southeast Asia. As a Regional Digital Campaign Specialist, you will play a critical role in generating and nurturing leads through marketing automation tools like Salesforce Pardot.

Key responsibilities include planning, building, and executing both regional and local digital campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs. This involves managing digital campaigns across multiple countries and coordinating with local teams to localize messaging, creative assets, and targeting strategies.

You will also be responsible for executing B2B digital campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and implementing B2C digital campaigns focused on driving e-commerce sales conversion across marketplace platforms. Additionally, you will manage marketing lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification processes in Salesforce Pardot and collaborate with inside sales teams to manage MQLs while continuously monitoring lead funnel performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation (preferably using Salesforce Cloud Marketing Account Engagement or equivalent). You should also have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C buyer journeys and experience managing digital campaigns across multiple countries and coordinating with local teams. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Pardot reporting is essential. Excellent project management skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into optimization actions are required.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is necessary. The position is a full-time Associate role within the Marketing and Sales function in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
