The Junior Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing relationships with prospects, and helping set up sales calls/demos for the Senior Sales Executives to close. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
  • Increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Grow accounts with new sales methodology.
  • Learn the client's products, services, and customers.
  • Solve problems and upsell when possible.
  • Improve your ability with every interaction.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to close the clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Maintain client database to make sure the Senior Sales Executive team can access current information on all leads.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on client trends and needs.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Additional responsibilities related to the position.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

As the Junior Sales Development Representative you must be confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and have the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes, and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven, and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times.

  • Must be 18 years of age and older
  • High school diploma
  • Certification in would be advantageous
  • 2 years experience in working with various BPO companies is required.
  • Experience in customer/client support is a plus.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and various CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
