We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service through efficient and effective communication with customers via phone and email. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery, escalate customer feedback as required, and identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months call center experience.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Your own computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Be teachable and open to feedback.
