About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to software applications.

Your Role:

You will work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues. Your duties will include reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests on our support portal. You will also have the opportunity to work with leading edge technology in blue-chip multinational F&B companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and address operational data issues
  • Review and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of SQL databases and T-SQL codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
