Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide timely updates.
  • Document internal and customer-facing information to enhance efficiency and self-service capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working independently or managing technical support teams.
  • Technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with SaaS architecture and cloud-based systems, as well as API integrations and monitoring tools.
  • Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role in a B2B SaaS company.
