
Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are prepared, reviewed, and managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Preparation: Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Management: Verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to ensure accurate evaluation.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate project records, including contracts, approvals, and correspondence.
- Communication: Liaise closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve queries or discrepancies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation; Strong understanding of contract terms, scopes, and construction documentation; Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM PHT (daylight saving time will be applied)
