
Logistics Financial Administrator

This position plays a pivotal role in the company's financial management by overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue invoices for logistics services, aligning them with client contracts and shipping documentation
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, tracking payments, and maintaining up-to-date records
- Reconcile payments and accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to verify service delivery and billing accuracy
- Develop and generate reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial administration, preferably in the logistics industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with PortPro
- In-depth understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
