Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via digital platforms
  • Use online tools like job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks for outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment systems and dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
Requirements:
  • You have 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles is essential
  • You are confident on the phone, great at follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
  • You are proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Familiarity with creative sourcing methods using social media, job boards, and AI tools is required
  • You have experience using digital recruitment tools like career platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You have a good understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • You are comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • You are able to work in a US time zone schedule
