Clinical Trial Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clinical trials by recruiting and screening volunteers for studies.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Screening potential volunteers via telephone using prepared questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation.
- Scheduling consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass the preliminary phone recruiting interview.
- Utilizing company databases to contact previous volunteers and successfully recruit them for studies.
- Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
- Conducting demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires.
- Accurately recording and reviewing demographic information and medical history for all volunteers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Scheduling volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet the criteria.
- Performing administrative duties, such as copying, filing, and completing spreadsheets, to support the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related course (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.).
- Preferably, experience working in a contact center environment that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
