Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator Job Description

This role encompasses all aspects of recruitment for both quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications, while also collaborating with Project Managers to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Project execution involves end-to-end tasks such as link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations via custom tools, managing exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation.
  • The coordinator is responsible for sampling management, from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of project recruitment methodologies is essential for success in this role.
  • The coordinator builds a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Internal sample resources are maximized through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom solutions.
  • Regular project reviews ensure internal sampling strategies have been exhausted, and timely updates are provided to Project Management.
  • Projects are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Alternative sampling strategies are developed when internal panel samples are insufficient to reach total sample sizes.
  • Sampling performance is tracked, monitored, and reported at a project level.
  • Proficiency in M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools is crucial for project deliverability.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0 – 1 year of market research experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment thrive in this role.
  • Adaptability, independence, and pressure handling skills are necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learning capabilities.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.
  • Interest or previous exposure in the healthcare space is valuable.
  • Critical thinking skills with proactive troubleshooting abilities.
  • Autonomy and teamwork capabilities to successfully meet departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated with prioritization skills.
  • Time management, organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
