About the Role

The US Healthcare Recruitment Administrator is responsible for building clean, complete, and submission-ready profiles for clinicians preparing to be submitted to client job orders.

This includes formatting resumes, gathering references, skills checklists, certifications, licenses, and other credentials meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Format clinician resumes according to client standards.

  • Send and collect professional references, skills checklists, and credential documents.

  • Gather, verify, and organize required data thoroughly.

  • Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission.

  • Update Applicant Tracking System records accurately.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or document processing roles. Experience within recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environments is beneficial.

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and collaboration abilities. They must also be able to manage high-task volumes and meet deadlines consistently.

We utilize AI tools to enhance hiring efficiency and ensure fair candidate evaluation. Candidates who pass initial evaluations will participate in an AI Interviewer component supervised by Human Talent Acquisition Experts throughout the application journey.
