We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in recruiting for IT and Engineering roles. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
This position requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and select candidates with the required technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and specifications.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track progress and analyze data.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and hiring language is essential.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Familiarity with niche tech stacks or hard-to-fill engineering roles is an asset.
