Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify top talent through various sourcing resources and tools, including job boards, databases, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring seamless execution and timely results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Access to own sourcing tools and a VOIP US phone number/line.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, self-motivation, discipline, and comfort working independently in a remote role.
