
Remote Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team of skilled technical professionals who provide expert assistance and support to clients across various industries.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues via phone, chat, or email.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking guidance on hardware, software, and network-related problems. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective resolutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound technical support requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using advanced analytical skills and tools
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
- Meet performance metrics, including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Previous call center experience and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Windows operating systems
