Remote Technical Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle technical inquiries from clients and provide timely solutions
  • Manage client accounts, including setting up and monitoring cold email campaigns
  • Create automation workflows using various tools, such as n8n.io and Zapier
  • Synchronize leads and actions across multiple platforms
  • Keep systems organized and documented
  • Ensure campaigns and workflows are launched on time and run smoothly
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role or marketing automation
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or HighLevel
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation
