We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to join our IT support team. This role will be responsible for providing user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft and SharePoint platforms within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and workflows.
- Assist users with account access, configuration, and general technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to IT administrators or vendors when needed.
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard procedures.
- Support end-users with training and guidance to maximize use of Microsoft tools.
- Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high availability.
- Experience in a technical support or help desk role, preferably supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint administration, permissions, and site management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Automate, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Power Apps, Exchange Online, or hybrid SharePoint environments.
