Our Technical Expert

We're seeking skilled professionals to join our team in Pasig City.

  • Scheduled Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
  • Product Inspection and Resolution: Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, and escalate according to established procedures.
  • Service Quality and Scheduling: Schedule services, complete all required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software on customer premises. You will also perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
