Technical Support Expert

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to end-user devices, software applications, and infrastructure.
- Provide timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders regarding issue resolution and progress.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems and implement SaaS solutions.
- 7+ years of IT experience in Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Helpdesk MSP experience and familiarity with RMM and PSA tools.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and desktop and mobile device troubleshooting.
- Able to work with cloud products, such as Office 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, Azure, and Google.
- Strong systems administration skills, including knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server Platforms.
