Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to manage cold outreach efforts and drive new business opportunities.

This role involves conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth.

The specialist will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.

Our ideal candidate has strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

They must be proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).

Strong written communication skills are also essential for crafting and optimising email templates.

Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management is a plus.

A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.

Bonus points for previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.

Background in conducting online research and organising data is also valuable.

Working in this role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to refine processes for efficiency.

You will collaborate directly with the Creative Director, and if required other internal team members to deliver new sales prospects.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week.

As this role is fully remote, you'll need a reliable internet connection, and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
