Sales Development Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Outreach Professional to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in connecting businesses with top-tier offshore talent, enabling them to scale effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads by identifying and researching potential clients.
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality messaging via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact and build interest.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify them against our ideal customer profile, and determine if there's a mutual fit.
  • Secure appointments for Account Executives with qualified prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve messaging, processes, and lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred (but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
  • Experience with outreach tools is a bonus.
