Cold Caller/ Outbound Sales Development Representative

As a results-driven sales specialist, you will drive our outbound sales efforts with a strong focus on cold calling.

This role is perfect for a persuasive communicator who excels at turning 'no' into meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make daily cold calls to decision-makers in the US market.
  • Pitch our recruitment services and schedule discovery calls for our account executives.
  • Conduct research using LinkedIn, Apollo, and internal databases.
  • Log activities and update lead progress in our CRM (HubSpot, Go High Level, or Salesforce).
  • Follow up with targeted email and LinkedIn outreach as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach scripts and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience with a focus on cold calling.
  • Exceptional spoken English and objection-handling skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle high-volume calling (50+ calls/day).
  • Experience using CRMs and calling tools like Hubspot / Go High Level.
  • Available to work US business hours (EST).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services.
  • Familiar with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Lemlist.
  • A track record of booking qualified appointments consistently.
