Customer Service Representative Job

Candidate Qualifications
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English
