We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to fill a remote contact center role in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary position that requires exceptional customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to learn our account management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers with service inquiries
  • Leverage common requests and solutions to improve the customer experience
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating dissatisfaction to proper channels when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are essential
  • Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
