Job Title: Medical Contact Center Representative
This role requires a trusted advisor who can serve customers seeking clarity on medication side effects. The successful candidate will leverage their medical knowledge to guide them through a consultative conversation.
- The Medical Contact Center Representative will respond to medical information queries and general inquiries via telephone or email.
- They will receive, record, and report Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines.
- The ideal candidate will perform various activities including tracking information and metrics, quality control, training, and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
- A non-degree holder with 3–4 years of relevant experience or 1 year safety experience.
- An associate degree holder with 2–3 years of relevant experience or 1 year safety experience.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Pharmacy, Life Science, or Medical Science.
Fortrea may consider equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
