- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide accurate support.">
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure seamless customer interactions.">
Requirements
">- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.">
- Able to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.">
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.">
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.">
