Operational Efficiency Expert

This is a key position within the Customer Success organization, focusing on operational efficiency to ensure smooth delivery operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and process-thinking skills with a collaborative mindset, supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational tools, processes, and reports.

  • Support operational tool development and maintenance.
  • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks within the Delivery team.
  • Maintain and improve automations, trackers, and templates for core processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and data integrity.
  • Conduct data analysis and contribute to reporting and insights.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in operations or business analysis, and expertise in Excel (VBA a plus).

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and improve operational tools, processes, and reports.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop standardized solutions.
  • Maintain and improve automations, trackers, and templates.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and data integrity.
