Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT and at least 5 years of experience in implementing complex business process logic.

The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes reviewing and analyzing system specifications, working closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to clarify scope and requirements, and assessing the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project documentation such as Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, and User Stories. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage Jira boards and facilitate scrum meetings.

  • Analyze system specifications and assess their impact on existing processes.
