Job Title: Process Efficiency Specialist

A technical business process manager is required to collaborate with the finance department and drive improvements in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements using technology.
  • Work with the enterprise applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize SaaS technologies, including Sage Intacct and Workday, to support financial operations.
  • Develop documentation to communicate changes, systems, and processes to stakeholders.
  • Project manage change initiatives to achieve optimal results.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financial systems and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience administering SaaS technologies, particularly Sage Intacct and/or Workday.
  • Significant experience in financial technical consulting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes.
  • Experience operating in a consultative role to meet stakeholder needs within finance.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application to finance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • High emotional intelligence.
